Our experience installing many thousands of kitchen worktops has taught us that the experience of buying a stone surface is almost as important as the product itself.

This is why we have designed a customer journey that will provide you with clear communication, great flexibility and consistent support from start to finish.

You can request a quotation by sending a kitchen plan or drawing.

A member of our friendly team will be in touch within 2 working days with a free, no obligation, quotation. Our prices are very transparent from the beginning so you won’t have any unexpected surprises when it comes to the final payment.


Placing an order with us

If you are happy with your quotation and would like to proceed, all we will need to secure your order is the payment of a £200 deposit. You can either pay the deposit by bank transfer or by credit/debit card over the telephone.

If would like to secure your order but you are not sure about your measurements or can’t decide which colour worktops to choose, don’t worry, you don’t have to decide just yet. Remember, there is no obligation, if you change your mind, you can cancel your order with us and we will refund your £200 deposit*.


Booking a Template appointment

Our team will contact you to arrange a template appointment at a suitable date and will send a pre-template guide with a checklist to help you get your kitchen for templating. If not are not sure when your kitchen will be ready, that’s absolutely fine, you can just contact us at a later stage when you know you will be ready and we will book a template date for you.

Once your template date is booked, we will confirm all details with you and we will also contact you 24 hours prior to your template appointment to confirm the time slot.


At Template

The template is completed using traditional methods and a physical template is made so you can visualise how your worktops are going to look , ascertain hob, sink position and anything else eg pull up sockets.

Our team will contact you after template to ensure that everything went well, discuss the next step with you and address any concerns you may have if any. Our team will also inform you of any variation to the initial quotation as a result of any changes made during template and will confirm the final price with you.

If you are happy with the final price, we will ask that you pay the remaining balance and we will issue your Worktops into production. If however you wish to not move forward and want to cancel your order with us, that’s not a problem. We want you to know that we will not proceed with your order without your approval.


Between Template & Installation

Because we don’t want our customers to be without a kitchen for too long, we aim to achieve a lead time of 10-15 working days between template and installation. During this time, we will be in regular contact with you to book an installation appointment at a suitable date, advise on what to expect on the day of installation and inform you if any advisory work needs to be completed on time for the installation of your Worktops.


At Installation

We will confirm the time slot 24 hours prior to your installation appointment by email and sms. For an average size kitchen, the installation usually takes 4-5hours.

We will ask that you are on site to finalise all details and sign off.


After Care

Because we know that our Worktops are of excellent quality, we offer a 10 year warranty on our quartz worktops to give you a peace of mind. So don’t worry we are not going anywhere! We offer continual support to you beyond installation.
